This Privacy Policy explains what information Kyrix Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Kyrix”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit kyrixtech.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve kept it short and in plain English.
Who we are
Kyrix Technologies Pvt Ltd is a registered private limited company based in India. We design and build websites, web apps, mobile apps and custom software for businesses in the US and worldwide. You can reach us about privacy at any time at livingstone@kyrixtech.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this website, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, company, website, the services you’re interested in, your message, and how you heard about us. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
Campaign information. If you arrived through a link with tracking details (for example from one of our emails), we attach those details, such as the campaign name and the page you first landed on, to your form submission. This tells us which outreach is useful to people.
Technical information. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the website and keep it secure.
On your device. If you switch between light and dark mode, we save that preference in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use analytics or tracking tools on this website. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.
How we use your information
We use the information you share to:
- reply to your message and answer your questions
- prepare proposals and quotes, and run any project we agree on
- keep a record of our conversations with you
- understand which of our outreach efforts lead to useful conversations
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host (Netlify, which also processes our forms) and our email provider. They may only use it to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
If we emailed you
If we contacted you by email about our services, we used business contact details that were publicly available or provided to us. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to that email or writing to livingstone@kyrixtech.com, and we’ll remove you from future outreach.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and maintain our business records. If we work together, project records are kept as described in your contract. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or UK, or India), you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email livingstone@kyrixtech.com. We’ll respond within 30 days and won’t treat you differently for asking.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so please don’t send highly sensitive information, such as passwords or health records, through our contact forms.
International transfers
We’re based in India, and our service providers may process data in the United States or other countries. By contacting us, you understand your information may be handled outside your home country, always under the protections described here.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
