3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Individual Users:

• Must be at least 13 years of age or have parental consent
• Must register with accurate and complete information
• Must maintain the security and confidentiality of account credentials
• Must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches

3.2 Institutional Users:

• Must be authorized representatives of educational institutions
• Must comply with institutional data protection policies

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

5. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

• Individual Subscriptions: Standard (₹149/month) and Pro (₹249/month) plans
• Institutional Licensing: Custom B2B packages (₹25,000-₹2,00,000 annually)
• Interview Marketplace: Commission-based pricing (15% per session)
• Freemium Access: Basic features with premium upgrade options

5.2 Payment Processing:

• All fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Institutional customers may have custom payment terms as per agreement

5.3 Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial payment
• Refund processing will be initiated within 24 hours of approved requests
• Full refunds will be completed within 3-7 working days to original payment method
• Mid-cycle cancellations receive prorated refunds for unused subscription periods
• Institutional licensing refunds are subject to contract terms and conditions

5.4 Price Changes:

• You retain ownership rights to original content you upload to our Services
• You grant us a license to use uploaded content for providing and improving Services
• You warrant that uploaded content doesn't violate third-party intellectual property rights
• We may use anonymized and aggregated data for research and development purposes

6.3 Educational Institution Content:

• Institutional customers retain rights to their proprietary educational materials
• We respect curriculum copyrights and licensing requirements
• Custom integrations and configurations remain subject to our licensing terms

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8.2 AI-Generated Content:

• We don't guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated educational content
• Users should review and validate AI-generated content for educational appropriateness
• AI algorithms continuously improve but may have limitations or biases

8.3 Educational Outcomes:

• Individual learning results may vary based on usage, effort, and other factors

9. Limitation of Liability
